By accessing our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products
Vintage Threads specialises in vintage, pre-owned and second-hand clothing and accessories.
Due to the nature of vintage garments:
- Items may show signs of age and wear.
- Minor marks, fading, repairs or imperfections may be present.
- Significant flaws will be disclosed in product descriptions and photographs where possible.
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.
All measurements are provided as accurately as possible. Customers are responsible for checking measurements before purchasing.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Breach of these Terms
If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
5. Payment
We accept payment through approved payment providers available at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely.
Vintage Threads does not store full payment card details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs processing
- Adverse weather conditions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of goods transfers once payment has been received in full.
7. Returns & Cancellation Rights
Change of Mind Returns
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
To exercise this right, contact:
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with any original tags attached where applicable
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Where appropriate, we will offer:
- A replacement (if available)
- A repair
- A full refund
in accordance with your statutory rights.
8. Vintage Item Condition
Customers acknowledge that vintage and pre-owned items are not new and may display reasonable signs of wear consistent with age and previous use.
Normal vintage wear shall not automatically be considered a fault.

All content on this website including:
- Images
- Product photography
- Logos
- Branding
- Text
- Graphics
is the property of Vintage Threads and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vintage Threads shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud
- Any liability which cannot legally be excluded under UK law
