Shipping & Returns

We aim to process your order 24 hours after you have placed the order. With delivery taking 2-4 days for the UK and Ireland. Please note ordering over a public holiday may cause slight delays.

UK Shipping – £3.50 posted first class
Next Day Delivery :  £7 – please order before 12pm to guarantee delivery the following day. There is no collection on a Saturday for this service. 
Europe Shipping – £8-£15 ( Express shipping of 2 day delivery is available )
Rest of World : £15-£20 depending on location

Full returns up to 20 days after the sale receipt for online orders are accepted with a Vintage Threads purchase. You can return into the Vintage Threads store or online.

For In store purchases, unless the item is damaged or not as described you will only be liable for store credit on your purchase. The store credit is available for 12 months and will be added directly to your Vintage Threads account.

Please note that these items may have been previously worn and may not be in brand-new condition. However, rest assured that we meticulously inspect each piece for any marks or missing buttons, making necessary repairs to ensure quality. Items with charming imperfections are clearly listed, with pricing that fairly reflects their unique character.

For the refund to be valid the item must contain the Vintage Threads tags.

When returning please make sure your name, order number or receipt is in the parcel or stuck on top of the parcel so we can process your refund. Without this we don’t know who has returned the item.
